Recently we had the opportunity to create a custom dining table and dining chairs inspired by mid century modern design.

We built a round glass top dining table with a lazy susan and a star shaped wooden base. The dining chairs are reproductions of Kai Kristiansen's model 42 'Z' chair. 

Picking out colours: bronze glass for the the dining top and beige fabric for the dining chairs

Both the base and the frames painted in a dark wood finish

 Here's a look at our new K9 crystal glass lighting!

K9 crystal is a Chinese optical borosilicate crown glass. It is a type of crystal glass that offers high optical quality. 

Lights made from K9 crystal glass have a wonderful sparkling appearance. These lights can be seen at our showroom in 1 Mont Kiara.

Lisa Lee's Art Workshops

Artist Lisa Lee (creator and founder of art brand Liselle) continues to collaborate with us through art workshops for adults and kids. Have fun while learning drawing and painting techniques from Lisa Lee.

Student group: 7-13 years old

Classes are held on weekends from 10:30am-12:30pm (2 hours) 

All art materials are provided

Topic 1: Character Drawing 

Materials used: art paper, crayon and poster color

Date: 8 and 9 August 2015

Topic 2: Self Portrait Drawing

Materials used: art paper, crayon and poster color

Date: 15 and 16 August 2015

Topic 3: Greeting Card Design 

Materials used: art paper, crayon and poster color

Date: 22 and 23 August 2015

Topic 4: Still Life Sketching 

Materials used: art paper and pencil

Topic of the Month: Still Life Painting

Student group: 14-18 years old

Classes are held on Saturdays from 11:30am-2:30pm (3 hours)

Note: The Master Art class is a 1 month package with 4 classes. Classes will only commence with the minimum of 3 students.

Clarin Folding Chair

The Clarin folding chair was developed by Werner Clarin and Clarin Corporation in 1928. This red Clarin folding chair is a classic model from the 1960s.

Clarin folding chairs feature an X-frame, double tube and channel steel design which provides strength and durability. The seat folds into the frame for easy storage and transport.

In the USA, Clarin chairs have been widely used in arenas, stadiums, convention centres, schools and offices.

Watercolor Painting Class

Student group: 12 years old and older

Learn drawing skills and watercolor techniques from artist Shenton White. You'll get to explore four levels focusing on common subject matters.  

Classes are every Sunday starting at 2pm.
